Play- not just for kids!
As Early Childhood Professionals we know the value of play to children and their learning. Recent studies discuss the importance and need for adult play to health, well-being and overall happiness. In this workshop we will discuss the need for adults to play, various types of adult play (not everyone is an extrovert!) and enjoy some time playing together.
Also, a connection to nature will bring you improved physical and mental health, less depression, inner peace, heightened sensory awareness and so on. We will explore the importance of a connection to nature and easy ways to get more time in nature, indoors and out, with time spent with natural pieces, planting, etc. to take away.
